I guess that Peter decided he didn't want to eat anything, and dumped an entire bowl of applesauce on himself. Then, Peter's dad took off all of his dirty clothes in an attempt to get him clean. I'm guessing that his dad left Peter alone, naked, while he went to get a washcloth. Then, at that very moment, Peter decided it was the perfect time to tinkle.
I think we should frame the 8x10 I'm about to win and, as punishment, hang it in Peter's bedroom until he graduates from high school.
I think Ben's version is the most logical, but if the 8 X 10 grand prize hangs in Peter's room until he graduates from high school I'm afraid he might have a hard time being voted in as President of Student Council.
